Skip certain test files on Windows due to not understanding the line ending problems on CPAN files causing test failures

Still having test failures, now on Linux. This has something to do with line endings

Automation for Perl distribution creation, integration, pre-release, release and post-release tasks.

Fetch pre-written contents for various distribution files.

in lib/Dist/Mgr/Git.pm

To install Dist::Mgr, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Mgr

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Mgr
