added check in Makefile.PL for linux/i2c.h. CPAN Testers was breaking on non-i2c-enabled systems

Interface to the MCP23017 GPIO Expander Integrated Circuit over I2C

To install RPi::GPIOExpander::MCP23017, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RPi::GPIOExpander::MCP23017

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RPi::GPIOExpander::MCP23017
