Changes for version 0.006 - 2011-10-28

Set up local PostgreSQL instance via Test::postgresql so we can run proper tests against a server rather than just checking method handling basics. Big thanks to Kazuho Oku for providing the Test::postgresql module, and Matt Trout for directing me to it.
No functional changes here.

To install Net::Async::PostgreSQL, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Async::PostgreSQL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Async::PostgreSQL
