- Salt the digests of the tokens with a salt that each database makes
- A manage grant creates and deletes one zone, and nothing else
- Refuse to make a token without a grant, or to remove its last grant
- Keep the database in WAL mode, and wait for a lock, for writers in several processes
- Open a connection of its own in each process, for a PSGI server that forks
