BURST Implementation.
Statistics::Burst  is a perl implementation of  Kleinberg's Word
Bursts algorithm.  The paper describing the algorithm is
located at http://www.cs.cornell.edu/home/kleinber/bhs.pdf.
INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
