Now throws exceptions if given the wrong number of arguments. Includes tests and an example(mj_series)

To install Acme::Mahjong::Rule::CC, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Acme::Mahjong::Rule::CC

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Acme::Mahjong::Rule::CC
