Changes for version 1.59 - 2026-10-25
- Add --table-wrap-mark to put a string at the start of the second and later lines of a wrapped table cell in place of the leading pad, so that column widths do not change
- Add --table-cell-mark to mark the first line of every non-empty cell the same way when any cell of the table is wrapped; a table with no wrapped cell is left as it is. Marks on right- and center-aligned cells sit at the left edge of the column
