add proc_infostring_describe, a exportable function for printing what the info string means for the current OS
support for OpenBSD, NetBSD, DragonFly, MidnightBSD, and GNU/kFreeBSD
do not die on OSes that do not report resident memory
match the state case insensitively, as OpenBSD reports it in upper case

Creates a PS like stat string showing a symbolic representation of various flags/state as well as the wchan.

To install Proc::ProcessTable::InfoString, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Proc::ProcessTable::InfoString

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Proc::ProcessTable::InfoString
