Changed generate_search_query to allow searching when no key words are specified. The search can be on other properties or for everything listed.

To install CGI::Application::Search, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Search

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Search
