Changes for version 0.044_01 - 2021-03-24

Default emulate_soap_queries to true and skip SOAP tests. This is because SOAP queries started failing with a 404 on March 22 2021.

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client/WSQueryInterfaceService.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
