Repackage licenses so that GitHub can find them. Thanks to Mikko Koivunalho (specifically his blog post https://blogs.perl.org/users/mikko_koivunalho/2025/11/github-and-the-perl-license.html for the how-to.
Add SECURITY policy.

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client/WSQueryInterfaceService.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
