Add Haisam Ido's Python version to "SEE ALSO".
Update metadata for loss of the cpan.org mail forwarding, and consequently of the RT bug tracking system.
Repackage licenses so GitHub can find them.
Add CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY.

Manipulate Universal Tracking Data Format data

To install Astro::UTDF, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::UTDF

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::UTDF
