Rethink AUTHOR_TESTING in t/elev.t. Instead of special-casing the results of the initial GET, just have _skip_it() turn the skip into a test, exiting if it fails.

Elevation queries against USGS web services.

To install Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
