Changes for version 0.004_02 - 2026-06-03

Correct GitHub bug reporting link. Missed a spot in the mass change in the previous development release.

Remove references to the RT bug tracking system.
Replace wyant@cpan.org with harryfmudd@comcast.net.
Repackage licenses so that GitHub can find them (maybe).

No functional changes.

Test distribution prerequisites against CPAN meta data file.

To install Test::Prereq::Meta, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Prereq::Meta

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Prereq::Meta
