Add rt.cpan.org back to bug reporting methods. Long live RT!.
Get prerequisites up to snuff and add xt/author/prereq.t to ensure they stay that way.

Test whether a module can be successfully loaded.

To install Test2::Tools::LoadModule, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test2::Tools::LoadModule

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test2::Tools::LoadModule
