Changes for version 1.0.0

Default to binding to 127.0.0.1 when no host is set in the CLI or config
Add --all (alias --promiscuous) and config all=1 to restore the previous all-interfaces behaviour

export the current directory over HTTP

A simple local web server.

To install App::HTTPThis, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::HTTPThis

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::HTTPThis
