Changes for version 0.033 - 2026-01-19

Remove embedded harfbuzz code. Modern systems have functional harfbuzz libraries and pkg-config tool.
(GitHub) Update linux and macOS actions to use actions-setup-perl.
(GitHub) Add windows action.

Use HarfBuzz for text shaping

To install HarfBuzz::Shaper, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HarfBuzz::Shaper

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HarfBuzz::Shaper
