A configurable TCP/HTTP server with file uploads, rate limiting, and threading support (Pure Perl OOP)

To install LightTCP::Server, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm LightTCP::Server

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LightTCP::Server
