SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

A weather conditions/forecast retrieval plugin for Bot::Cobalt.

Uses http://www.openweathermap.org/ via POEx::Weather::OpenWeatherMap / Weather::OpenWeatherMap for retrieval.
