Changes for version 0.70

added functionality to use the new osname table.
further work on matrices:
- added totals to X & Y axis
- sorted on Y axis values
- added wide format pages to each matrix
slight reorganisation of failure tables.
changed named anchors as some browsers don't rendering them correctly.
added table for monthly OS counts.

helper script to map tester addresses to real people.

script to create the CPAN Testers Statistics graphs.
