Changes for version 0.31 - 2020-10-03

No code changes, no need to upgrade
Change code to work around an ambiguity in Perl to placate Filter::signatures / Filter::Simple. "-s _" could also be parsed as "-(s _foo_bar_g)" by Filter::Simple.
