Changes for version 1.034 - 2014-06-11

  • Reverted actual encoding to match nominated encoding (i.e. Latin-1) (thanks Olivier)
  • Fixed last bug preventing module from passing its own test suite under 5.20.
  • Gave up (for the present) on Perl 5.18 compatibility.
  • Noted limitations of passing %MATCH values as subrule args under 5.18+
