Changes for version 0.02 - 2011-07-10

Use Devel::CallParser to get things working on 5.12, and disable the xs bits entirely on 5.10 (but make it work with the pure perl version at least)
A couple tweaks to the perl implementation

default smartmatch implementation from 5.10 - 5.14

To install smartmatch::engine::core, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm smartmatch::engine::core

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install smartmatch::engine::core
