Changes for version 2.1128 - 2026-10-19
- Style: every Perl file under lib/, t/, tools/ and tracker/ is now perltidy-clean with the repository .perltidyrc. The 15 files that were not (8 under tools/, 7 under tracker/) were reformatted; tools/deparse_equiv.sh proves the pass semantics-preserving for all 212 files.
- perlcritic: severity-5 violations drop from 41 to 1 across the tree. Legacy scripts lose subroutine prototypes, explicit 'return undef', two-argument open calls, a bareword filehandle and an unnecessary 'no strict refs'; strictures are enabled where they were missing. The remaining violation is the deliberate leading-zero octal '01' in lib/oEdtk/lib/cob2pm.pl, left untouched on request.
- tests: T05, T09, d33 and T67 stay green, as does the full suite apart from the four known pre-existing failures (T03, T15, T50, T58).
- All modules of the oEdtk package are realigned on the package version 2.1128; the frozen duplicate lib/oEdtk/logger2.pm follows, so its sha256 pin in t/int/67_logger_normalization.t is re-baselined.
