AnyEvent-Stomper

Changes for version 0.16 - 2017-01-26

The logic of working with cluster completely rewritten. Added AnyEvent::Stomper::Cluster instead AnyEvent::Stomper::Pool.
Added constructor parameters "default_headers" and "command_headers".
POD improved.
Light refactoring.
