    • Fix #902. Remove invalid temporary variable initialization logic.

  • Changes
    • Error::FieldNotSpecified becomes default loaded module.
    • Remove native_classes element from Makefile.PL generated by spvmdist --resouce option and add TestCase::Foo instead.
    • Add test dll files cleanup logic to Makefile.PL generated by spvmdist.
    • Add an warning that the source file in native config is not found.
    • Throw an exception when invalid command line options in Makefile.PL are specified.
