Build and install libfm$(LIB_EXT) static archive alongside the shared object so downstream XS modules (e.g. Layout::Flex) can link fm_* symbols at static-link time; fixes undefined symbol errors on Linux where -undefined dynamic_lookup is unavailable.

To install Font::Metrics, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Font::Metrics

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Font::Metrics
