Dist::Zilla::Plugin::JSAN::InstallInstructions - build an INSTALL file

In your dist.ini:

  [JSAN::InstallInstructions]
  filename       = INSTALL; this is a default

This plugin adds an INSTALL file to the distribution, which describes the installation process with JSAN::Shell.
