Changes for version 0.80 - 2015-03-06

Fix/tweak criteria of whether we should wrap (don't wrap if argument is already validated).
Remove support for old attribute name x.perinci.sub.wrapper.log.
Use good ol' ref() again instead of Scalar::Util::reftype(), because I'm no longer blessing Perinci::Sub::Wrapper-wrapped subroutines.

perl -MCPAN -e shell
