Changes for version 0.09 - 2022-09-23

Added options asset, asset_format and asset_name (gh#20, gh#23)
This plugin adds itself as a prereq when used by an alienfile (gh#11, gh#23)
The old include_assets property is deprecated (gh#24)
Fixed bug where some ALIEN_DOWNLOAD_RULE configs would cause failure in test (gh#24)
