Fix: '#' comments only recognized at the start of a line, so that '#' can also be the pound character

Tokenize and convert to ZX81 encoding

To install ZX81::Tokenize, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ZX81::Tokenize

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ZX81::Tokenize
