- Removed uniqstr filter since this already skips duplicate checks.
- Switched to Net::IP::LPM.
- Added robot rules for WebMCPIndexBot, PoweredByBot and Speroll-AdsTxt-Crawler.
- Requires TOML::Tiny instead of TOML::XS, but the latter will be used if it can be loaded.
- Requires Algorithm::Corasick instead of Algorithm::Corasick::XS, but the latter will be used if it can be loaded.
