Changes for version 2.07 - 2016-04-30

Add EXE_FILES => ['bin/ini.report.pl'] to Makefile.PL so this program is installed along with the module itself. Thanx to ppisar - at - redhat.com for the patch. See RT#102247. Thanx. My apoligies for the embarrassing delay in doing this.
Change the licence from Artistic 2.0 to Perl.
Fix the Makefile.PL's references to the github repo.

To install Module::Metadata::Changes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Metadata::Changes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Metadata::Changes
