No functional changes.
Rename distribution from Alt-Log-Any-App-FWR to Log-Any-App, since this is now the only implementation of Log::Any::App. The old Log::Dispatch::FileRotate-based Log::Any::App has been removed from CPAN, leaving this File::Write::Rotate-based version. [RT#96162]

To install Log::Any::App, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Any::App

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Any::App
