- Security fixes:
- Deserialization bounds checking and validation of k and significant_bits.
- Prevent returning blessed NULL pointer on deserialization failure.
- Allocator safety: replace custom SvPV_set logic with newSVpvn/free to avoid allocator mismatch.
- Fix uninitialized memory leak in bl_serialize (+1 length bug).
- Integer and bit-shift overflow safety in S_which_power_of_two and bl_alloc.
- Enforce sv_isa type check on method invocations.
