Synchronize bundled libhisto C library to v0.3.0.
Fix Windows MSVC / Strawberry Perl build failure with cross-platform console and header shims.
Fix AArch64 / ARM compilation by automatically disabling unsupported -mavx2/-mfma flags via CMake CheckCCompilerFlag.
Fix FreeBSD Clang compilation error under -Werror.
Support building with CMake NMake generator on Visual Studio.
