Changes for version 0.134 - 2004-07-29

Corrected embarassing derivative bug.
Modified value() and apply() behaviour. Should not break compatibility but increase speed.
Constants that are created with an undefined value now throw a fatal error. Previous behaviour was to do so on value() calls which turned out to be hard to debug. This may break compatibility in bad code.
