don't leak the control by SIGTERM, some tcp server return the control by SIGTERM. (reported by kazuho++)

To install Test::TCP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::TCP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::TCP
