Changes for version 0.08 - 2009-02-08

Add : Unload the libraries loaded by DynaLoader at END time, reducing the number of leaks in perl.
Rem : The useless t/21-good-block.t.
Upd : META.yml spec updated to 1.4.

Test Perl code through valgrind.

Placeholder for architecture-dependant perl suppressions.

To install Test::Valgrind, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Valgrind

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Valgrind
