Changes for version 0.007

Change FORMAT_VO_BASIC to return decimal degrees for right ascension and declination. This was always the intent, but could not be tested until 'vo' web service queries started working. Document change in status of web service 'vo' queries.

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
