Changes for version 0.077_02 - 2017-02-03

Convert attempted distro links to module links. It seems that L<Distro-Name> does not work as one would hope, at least as implemented by Meta::CPAN.

Fix L<> links, and things that should have been L<> but were not. Thanks to Ben Bullock for the pull request.
Add 'provides' data to ExtUtils::MakeMaker output
