Changes for version 7.000_001

Add Fedora s390x producer captures and regression coverage for legacy big-endian and portable v7 floats, including signed zero and subnormals. Thanks to pghmcfc for the platform report and corpus.
Add protocol v7 portable floating-point storage, with optional native long-double output and decoder checks for compatible native layouts.
Permit explicitly trusted same-build reads of unidentified native layouts. Protocol v1-v6 modes retain their existing wire behavior.
