Changes for version 7.000_001

  • Add Fedora s390x producer captures and regression coverage for legacy big-endian and portable v7 floats, including signed zero and subnormals. Thanks to pghmcfc for the platform report and corpus.
  • Read portable little-endian v7 floats, including IEEE binary128 on Perl builds without quadmath.
  • Validate v7 native long-double declarations and reject known layout mismatches. Add allow_unknown_long_double for explicitly trusted same-ABI reads of unidentified layouts; storage sizes must still match.
  • Preserve v1-v6 native floating-point behavior and add legacy_float_byteorder to select a known source byte order.
  • Show declaration names in diagnostics and hobodecoder output.
  • Add a floating-point corpus collector for platform reports.
