  • Preserve unsigned tied integer values on older Perls instead of converting their private cached values through a signed integer.
  • Keep sorted-key wire expectations independent of Perl's temporary hash reference counts.
  • Report the actual missing dependency when skipping t/400_evil.t.
  • Skip only hobodecoder decompression checks when its optional Compress::Zlib dependency is unavailable, and show child errors.
