Changes for version 7.000_001

Add Fedora s390x producer captures and regression coverage for legacy big-endian and portable v7 floats, including signed zero and subnormals. Thanks to pghmcfc for the platform report and corpus.
Emit protocol v7 with portable little-endian floating-point values, using IEEE binary128 for extended values by default.
Add float_type (std/native) for optional native long-double storage. Documents identify its format, byte order and size; known padding is cleared. Unknown layouts support explicitly trusted same-build reads.
Preserve v1-v6 numeric output behavior and keep v7 header floats portable.
Show declaration names in diagnostics and hobodecoder output.
