Changes for version 0.314 - 2026-05-26

  • Add Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::ChangesHasContent to cpanfile; the bundle has been adding [Test::ChangesHasContent] but the prereq was missing.
  • [@Author::GETTY]: no_install works again. The wiring that adds [MakeMaker::SkipInstall] was accidentally dropped in the Dec 2014 Git::GatherDir refactor (acc5f0e), while the option, its docs and the no_makemaker conflict check were all left in place.
