Changes for version 0.06_02 - 2020-01-16 (TRIAL RELEASE)

NEW FEATURES:
- now including POD tests
- now including "extra" tests (author tests, etc)
BUG FIXES:
- fixed typo and whitespace in bugtracker verbiage
- hopefully fix the package/class `provides` issue (finally!)
DISTRO FIXES:
- unit test to make sure `provides` is in META since I keep screwing that up
- move README.PATCHING to more standard CONTRIBUTING and add more info there

CODE CLEANUP:
- upgrade to latest version of Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PodnameFromClassname this allows version check, and fewer unnecessary lines in test
DISTRO FIXES:
- apply the Pod::Weaver fix (from 0.06) to this distro itself

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::BAREFOOT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::BAREFOOT
