Net::XMPP2::Ext::Pubsub - Implements XEP-0060: Publish-Subscribe

This module implements all tasks of handling the publish subscribe mechanism. (NOT IMPLEMENTED YET!)
This is the constructor for a pubsub object. It takes no further arguments.
