Implement a new plugin called check-structure.pl which enforces the repository's file and reference structure.

Git::Hooks plugin for branch/tag access control.

To install Git::Hooks, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Git::Hooks

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Git::Hooks
