SYNOPSIS

 create-backpan-index   -basedir E<lt>pathE<gt>
                      [ -releases-only | -r ]
                      [ -output E<lt>filenameE<gt> | -o E<lt>filenameE<gt> ]

DESCRIPTION

create-backpan-index will generate an index for a local BackPAN mirror.
